On July 22, 2019, within the SIPOCA 54 project – „Strengthening the capacity of the Public Ministry of implementing evidence gathering procedures in informatics searches”, the supply contract for Lot no. 2 was signed (Stationary computer system; Data communication equipment -10Gbase Ethernet network switch and UPS). The contract has the number 4337 / 22.07.2019, with a duration of 120 days from the date of signature.
The object of the contract is the Provision of IT equipment (Stationary computer system; Data communication equipment -10Gbase Ethernet network switch and UPS). The equipments are necessary for the good performance of the search activity of the information systems and of the findings operated on the information devices investigated in the investigations carried out by the prosecutors.
The products covered by the contract in Lot 2 are the following:
- Stationary computer system – 50 pieces;
- Data communication equipment -10Gbase Ethernet network switch;
- UPS – one piece.
The winning bidder was S.C. UNION Co. S.R.L. based in Cluj Napoca, street Miron Costin no. 12, secondary and correspondence office: Taietura Turcului street. 47 / 15N, TETAROM I Park, Building A, 1st floor, Cluj-Napoca, Cluj County, having fiscal code RO 16591086, registered with the Trade Register under no: J12/2619/2004.
The participation announcement was published on the website www.e-licitatie.ro with no. CN1008735 / 05.02.2019 and on TED – the website http://ted.europa.eu with no. 2019/S/026-057429. At the procurement procedure – the open tender procedure, conducted online through the Electronic Procurement System, submitted a bid for Lot 2 only one bidder – S.C. UNION Co. S.R.L. The value of the financial proposal was 345.699.20 lei without VAT, respectively 411.382.05 lei with VAT.
